Changing a computer's network settings can be tedious work. If you are using a laptop, in different locations, you may have to perform this task more often that you would like. With TCP/IP Manager, you can save multiple network configurations and apply them right away, with a single click. Thanks to its simple design, the software can be used even by inexperienced users, who don't know how to reach the network settings in Windows.

You don't have to buy a license to use TCP/IP Manager, but you can make a donation, if you want to. The installation file is only 674 KB and it does not take long to complete the setup procedure. You can also download a Zip file, instead of the installer or the software's portable version.

You can either type an IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS servers, in separate input fields or you can tick one or two options, to obtain them automatically. It is also possible to specify a proxy server, and set up a hotkey for the current network configurations, on separate tabs.

Network settings can be saved as different profiles, which you may select from a drop menu. Once selected, you just need to click the large Apply button, in the lower region of the interface and the software will apply the network settings right away. You may create and save any number of profiles, rename or delete them.

The application allows you to export your settings as well. You can save them as a .cmd or .bat file, on a standard Save dialog. Running this file will apply the exported settings immediately, without launching TCP/IP Manager.

Pros

You can save any number of network settings, on the same interface and apply them right away. The software allows you to assign a keyboard shortcut for each set of configurations. It is also possible to export network configurations and apply them by running a batch file.

Cons

There are no serious disadvantages to mention. With TCP/IP Manager's straightforward features, you will be able to connect to any network with a single click.
